I came in Sunday night, and my server, Jorge, provided a better experience. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout our visit. Despite the poor management, lack of inventory, and the kitchen running behind, Jorge went above and beyond to make sure we still received our food and had a great dining experience. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out.

This was my first time trying Korean BBQ, and while it was an interesting experience, I realized it’s probably not for me. I wasn’t a fan of having to cook my own meat at the table, as I prefer having my meal prepared for me. That said, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and the service was decent throughout our visit. The food was good, and I can see why many people enjoy this style of dining. It just wasn’t my personal preference, so I don’t think I’ll be doing it again anytime soon.

Decided to stop by for dinner and was seated immediately. Despite being short staffed, our server Andrew S. was very attentive and provided wonderful service. The food came out quick and tasted great. The vibes were amazing and the music was bumping. I will definitely be coming back again soon! :)

I had such a wonderful experience! Reena and Emily were both absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcomed the entire time. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I've never had a problem at GEN, always great food and service but last night was a bit off brand. Server was distracted much of the time, barely came back to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything else. Had to flag her down each time to ask for something. We got ZERO grill changes, I had to scrape the burnt food off of the grill to reuse it. By the time she came back and asked if we needed a grill change we were done. When we first got seated the server mentioned that they were waiting on fresh rice be made and that it would take about 5 minutes. We were there for about an hour and we never got rice. They claimed that it came out stale each time they remade it which was like 3 times. How do you run a KBBQ spot and you can't get rice right 3 times in a row? It's literally most of what you do. They offered us free Boba Tea too make up for it which was cool for my son, I don't like the stuff so it made no difference to me, then you still charge full price? That was crazy. I never complain about my experiences at restaurants, I get how hard and annoying it is for servers to deal with customers. I also don't complain while there, I don't like to cause a scene, it's kind of po
